How do I know I am getting the best price available.
OT-Logistics has thousands of vetted and trusted carriers that we have spent years building relationships with. They know we are always fair with them and so they do the same for us. To top that off we have broker commission caps at 7% to ensure that when we find a motivated carrier at a great rate, those savings are passed directly on to the you. Other brokerages reward their agents when they bring their commission percentages above 12%
What happens if my product arrives damaged.
While this is highly unlikely, in the rare case that there are any issues we have two safety nets, 1, being the carriers cargo insurance that we always make sure is up to date and covers up to $100,000 in damages 2, is our contingency cargo insurance that steps in in the rare case of any issues collecting from the carrier’s insurance so you are doubly covered. Our agents talk directly with the driver before and after loading to run over any special requirements as well as triple checking they have properly secured all of your product. Why do you need to take a deposit before picking up my vehicle? (Car hauling
More times than not our car hauling carriers are carrying multiple cars in 1 run and your cars location may be as far as 300 miles out of their way. We take a deposit just to ensure that if after your driver arrives you no longer want to ship your car we have the $150 deposit to pay them for those miles.
Is my personal information safe when I give a credit card over the phone? (car hualing)
Absolutely. Your card info is taken by our accounts payable and entered directly to wells Fargo this information is never saved on our end and after the transaction is completed with you on the phone we never have access to it again. Your information is as safe as if you went to buy a pair of pants on your card at a local clothing store.
